What's inside

Five workflows. One kit.

Each one solves a job I used to do badly on bad days. You get the workflow file, a dedicated setup guide, and inline notes explaining every placeholder you need to fill in.

01Morning briefing

The external memory you probably wish you had.

A thirty-second summary every working day — what you did yesterday, what's on today, where you left off, what's on fire.

Three modes: quick catch-up, full weekly view, and a mid-day handover when you switch machines.

/morning-briefing /weekly /handover

✓ Today · 09:47

On fire: client waiting 2 days for proposal
Today: 2 calls, 1 deep-work block (10–12)
Context: left off mid-outline for Friday post

# quick view · full weekly available via --mode weekly
02Daily log

Capture tonight so you don't have to remember tomorrow.

Smart carry-forward: deduplicates against your task list, spots when a conversation has moved on, updates aging dates when you chase someone.

Feeds the morning briefing automatically — no double entry.

Files, not apps. Everything is a markdown file you can grep.

A day in the life

A part-time day, not a nine-to-five.

You start at eleven. You take the afternoon. You work again at night. The workflows hold the context across every gap so the business doesn't fall over when you step away.

  1. 11:20
    Late start
    /morning-briefing

You start late. The day still arrives pre-sorted.

No guilt about the clock. Thirty seconds of briefing tells you what's on fire, what's on today, and where last night ended. You skip the forty minutes of re-reading your own inbox to remember what you were doing.

  2. 12:05
    First block
    /inbox

47 emails, triaged in one pass.

Drafts for the quick replies. Flags for the decisions. The FYIs archived. One focused fifteen-minute block instead of forty micro-switches. You're done with email before most people have opened it.

  3. 14:00
    Break
    — afternoon off —

You step away. The work doesn't unravel.

School run, a walk, a nap, whatever the day needs. The workflows hold the context for you. Nothing is "in your head" waiting to fall out.

  4. 19:30
    Evening block
    /handover · /content status

Back in with zero re-reading tax.

A mid-day handover tells you exactly where you left off at two. You pick up Friday's post from where afternoon-you abandoned it. Two hours of real work, not an hour of rebuilding context and an hour of work.

  5. 21:40
    Laptop down
    /log

One sentence, then you're off the clock.

Capture where you are in plain language. Tomorrow's briefing will reassemble it for you. You stop being the storage device. The business remembers itself.

Built for

People who don't have all day.

Productivity advice assumes a brain that works reliably. These workflows assume a brain that doesn't. They do the holding-things-in-your-head bit for you.

Case · 01

Solopreneurs running on fumes

You do marketing, delivery, admin, sales. By 4pm you've forgotten what you decided at 10am. You need the decision captured, not re-made.

Case · 02

Carers squeezing work between appointments

Your day gets interrupted. You can't always return to where you were. The briefing tells you exactly where you stopped and what actually matters today.

Case · 03

Parents working school hours

You have a four-hour window. You can't waste it figuring out what you did Thursday. You need the day ready before you sit down.

Case · 04

Brain fog, ADHD, long COVID, tired brains

Productivity advice assumes a brain that works reliably. These assume one that doesn't. They do the holding-things-in-your-head bit for you.

From the maker

Why I built this kit.

I run my business with unreliable energy, a mix of chronic health stuff, brain fog, caring, and the usual life chaos. Most productivity systems assumed I had a reliable brain and a reliable 40-hour week. I don't.

I built these Claude Code workflows so my business could keep moving even when I can't. They turn plain text files and a few minutes of attention into a safe, forgiving operating system that future-you can always restart from.

I'm Catherine. I run MHScot, a social enterprise that has trained more than 7,000 people across the UK and Ireland, and the AI Runs My Business YouTube channel, where I show these workflows running real business days — the real briefings, the real inbox, the real mess.

You'll see real testimonials here once the first 20 founding buyers come back with feedback. Until then, the proof is the product. Every workflow in this kit runs my own week.

Before you buy

An honest fit check, so nobody wastes £19.

The kit only works if you can run Claude Code on your own machine and you're happy in plain text files. If that's you, you're in the right place.

This is for you if…

  • You run or help run your own business, freelance practice, or tiny team.
  • You can use Claude Code on your own machine and edit simple text files.
  • You like the idea of your business running from files plus AI instead of another SaaS dashboard.
  • You work in short, interrupted blocks — school runs, caring, chronic illness, ADHD, brain fog, or just an overloaded life.

This isn't for you if…

  • You can't install tools or use Claude Code at work (e.g. locked-down corporate or NHS setups).
  • You just want a general introduction to AI rather than changing how your workday runs.
  • You never touch an IDE, terminal, or markdown, and you'd rather not start.

What you'll need: an Anthropic account with Claude Code, a laptop or desktop where you can run it, and around 1–2 hours once to set things up. After that, a few minutes a day.

Somewhere in the middle? If the only thing putting you off is doing the setup alone, the kit + setup call option exists for exactly that, an hour on a screen-share with me and your first workflow running before we hang up.

The gentle guarantee. Standard-price (£39) buyers get 14 days: if you can't get at least one daily workflow running that genuinely helps you, email me and I'll refund you. No forms, no drama. Founding £19 spots are all-sales-final, the price itself is the testimonial trade.

The kit took 60+ hours to build and runs my own working week. £19 buys the first hour of your day back for as long as you use it. Prefer to pay full price without the testimonial? Buy at £39 here.

Questions

Answers.

What if I'm not technical?
You don't need to be. If you can edit a text file and follow a step-by-step written guide, you can set these up. The pack includes a "New to Claude Code?" primer that covers the bits people stumble on first time.
Do I need Claude Code?
Yes. Claude Code is free to install. You'll need a paid Claude plan (from about £17/month) to run it. The setup walkthrough covers all of it.
Are these just prompts?
No. Each workflow is delivered as a proper Claude Code skill file — structured instructions Claude reads before it does the work. More reliable than a prompt you paste once.
What if I get stuck setting it up?
Three safety nets. The setup guide is written for tired brains and covers the common snags. If you bought at the standard price, the 14-day guarantee applies. And if you'd rather skip the solo setup entirely, the kit + setup call option gets your first workflow running on a screen-share with me.
Will they work in my line of work?
They're built around how a one-person business runs, not a specific sector. The morning briefing works for a copywriter, a coach, or a consultant equally well. You fill in the placeholders for your context.
Will they help if I only have an hour a day?
That's who they're built for. The whole point is to compress decision-making and context-recovery into as few minutes as possible — so the hour you have is the hour you work, not the hour you spend remembering where you left off.
I already use Claude Code. Is there anything here for me?
Yes, the Power Hour. It's a standalone one-hour consultancy call, no kit involved. Bring your real setup and your questions: workflows, skills, MCP connections, memory, or "how would you approach this?" You book and pay in one step, and we work on your actual machine, not slides.
What's the refund policy?
Founding buyers (£19): all sales final. You're getting 51% off in exchange for a testimonial, so the price itself is the trade.

Standard buyers (£39): 14-day gentle guarantee. If you can't get at least one daily workflow running that genuinely helps you, email me and I'll refund you. No forms, no drama.
Do I get updates?
Yes, free for life. As Claude Code and my own workflows evolve, I'll ship sensible updates to the kit so you're not left behind.
How do I get the files after I pay?
Instantly. After checkout, Stripe redirects you to a page with a direct download link. The same link goes in your receipt email, so you can re-download any time.
What happens to my data?
Nothing leaves your machine. The workflows run entirely inside your Claude Code session. Daily logs and task files are plain markdown on your disk. Email and calendar reads happen directly between Claude Code and your provider (via your MCP connector). I never see any of it.
